Low Fade Haircut – MC Barber

Today I have an appointment at MC Barber for a low-fade haircut. MC Barber is an award winning barber shop that is home to one of the top barbers in America and fastest barbers the World.

His name, Merhan Cecunjanin (a.k.a. MC), and today, he’s been nice enough to allow us to film our experience as he recommends a low fade haircut style with a beard trim.

MC incorporates a range of haircutting tools in his bag, from Wahl clippers, Oster clippers and straight razors to Sharkfin shears, and Dyson blow dryers to name a few.

At MC Barber, they do it all. From scissor cuts, razor cuts, clipper cuts and undercuts to mohawks, faux hawks, faux fades, low fades, beards, shape ups and more. This barber shop is inviting and courteous and treats every customer with the same professionalism with each and every cut.

MC’s Story

MC has an amazing backstory and I recommend you check out his award winning documentary.  In short, MC grew up an orphan with his brother in Montenegro before escaping to America. He started with nothing and through pure grit, determination and hard work transformed himself into one of the best barbers in the world.

MC has won back-to-back speed fade championships at the CT Barber Expo, as well as countless awards. He’s been taught by US Champion’s in men’s hair styling, Tito Tata and Peter Labela and currently trains under Andrea Turisi of the US International Men’s Hairstyling Team.

MC’s current goal is to win the OMC Hairworld Championship in Paris, France this September, 2018. I’ll be routing for him, and I encourage you to show him your support and subscribe to his channel at MC BARBER.
